To return an item(s), please email us at support@hotpotatomerch.com providing the following information: Order number Item(s) you are returning The reason for the return Whether you would like an exchange, or a refund.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your email.
If you have asked for a personalised item we will not be able to give a refund unless there is a fault on the product or it is not as described.
Please allow up to 5 days for the return to be processed once we have received the item(s). We will then credit the original payment method that was used. Please allow up to 7 working days for the credit to show on the payment method used.
Unless there is a fault on the item or it is not as described, you will be responsible for covering return costs. Please include a copy of your invoice within the return package.
